●來自日本燕三條製造，結合職人工藝與料理研究成果，追求餃子鍋巴的「酥脆感、圓潤度與盛盤便利性」。

●鍋面直徑約 22 公分，可剛好放入一包（12 顆）餃子，打造專屬的「一口氣煎滿」體驗。

●鍋底至側邊圓弧角度設定為 約10度，能均勻導熱並避免餃子滑動造成破裂。

●鍋深約 35mm 的淺鍋設計，適合製作金黃羽根煎餃或平面料理。

●採用 可托盤手柄設計，翻盤盛餃更穩定、安全。

●防燙邊緣設計：鍋身略小於一般24cm平底鍋，邊緣與手柄上方形成保護弧線，有效防止熱油潑濺與燙傷。
