沒問題! 以木油做為保護塗層，就算放上熱鍋熱水壺，也不必擔心留下痕跡．

2. 皆為天然實木製作，必定會有不規則木紋、木斑、毛孔或色差等木料的自然紋理及現象，也是實木產品的獨特之處，故此因素無法列入退換貨的範圍。
3. 手工實木產品在外觀上無法保證100%的一致性與平整，每件商品都可能存在微小的差異與做工瑕疵，尺寸方面亦合理產生1-2cm內的誤差值。
