【商品特色】

實木有天然的色差跟不同的紋路，也有天然的瑕疵

木材一年四季不斷的吸收空氣濕氣跟吐出水氣，調節室內溼度

所以大小也會伸縮或可能些微開裂，追求完美者請勿下標哦

但實木的耐用度非常高也最環保無毒(取於自然也可以自然消磨腐化)

質感也是最好，非貼皮以及人造皮可以相比

為什麼選擇橄欖木餐具製品

橄欖木質地細緻，紋路優美，高硬度的特色，使得橄欖木較一般木材更耐切削

因為含油量高，水份不易進入更不易滋生黴菌而發黑，當作食材的擺盤也非常美觀。

橄欖木為孕育橄欖油的樹種，與橄欖油對健康的益處相互搭配，不會有其他木種對健康產生疑慮的問題。

本橄欖木為天然原木製成，不似木屑壓合的密集板含有甲醛及膠合劑、防腐劑

也不像市面其他砧板含化學塗料或是塑膠砧板切削產生塑膠粉末問題

因此天然環保，不會有食入有毒物質的疑慮。

使用說明:：

一般常用砧板的問題

．有些號稱硬度高的木材一但吸水就發黑，消費者分辨不出是否已經發霉，而且有些木種會含有微量過敏毒素。

．目前市面上一般的木製品如砧板，密度及硬度通常都不高，容易孳生黴菌。雖然上漆可以防止水份進出減少發霉的問題，但漆面刀切後的粉末也容易伴隨食物吃入

．竹製品孔隙多，容易⾧黴，不易保養。

．塑膠製品切削時最容易產生塑膠粉末，細屑會被誤食，尤其食材的高溫更容易讓塑膠砧板產生毒素。

．有些砧板甚至是木屑壓合的密集板..含膠及甲醛成分都超標

為自然退役並依照當地規範正常砍伐的原木，絕非非法盜筏。
